To be fair, problems with a system's recognition of IDE, EIDE and ATAPI devices aren't really something Castlewood can control. The combination of BIOS setup and Windows 98's Plug and Pray features can be pretty complicated.

Castlewood is not at fault there, in my opinion. If that user had tried to install an EIDE CD-RW drive he would probably have had similar problems.
