Hi Letmebe Frank, NPV values are analyst dependent. Every analyst, banker, etc., will have a range of NPV values depending on what assumptions about cashflow they make. Put 100 analysts together calculating out NPV's and you will get 100 different ranges of NPV values.
How much kimberlite does Winspear have. How many diamonds are there, how valuable are they, how cheap will it be to process them, what are the capital costs, Blah, Blah Blah. All these things and more go into deciding a NPV. In other words, they are nearly useless at this point with Winspear. The best you can do is state the worst case scenario, and what ifs. The worst case is no mine, NPV=0, so what are your gut feelings?
Mine are they got lots of big diamonds, lots of kimberlite, and the mine will open and make lots of money. If you want my shares you can have some at $8.00. A few more at $10.00 and a few more at $15.00. All this will change depending on bulk sample results and stepout drilling results. Take a chance and crap your pants. I think my sphincter is ready for this action.
