ed, I have to admit I really started laughing when I read your comment that Cisco's management had lost confidence! If you are from the Momentum school of finance I would agree but in all my years of following the various management of companies I have to congratulate Chambers and the Board of directors for doing the correct thing. Splitting at 117 1/2 would be totally irresponsible and almost certainly invite a shareholder lawsuit. Cisco's growth rate has accelerated the last 4 quarters. Both LU and Cisco will grow in this huge environment, but I believe Cisco will perform better going forward. Eric
