InVision Technologies develops, manufactures, markets and supports an explosive detection system for civil aviation security based on advanced CT Tech. For the nine months ended 9/30/98, revenues increased 25% to $47.8 million. Net income increased 71% to $6 million. Revenues reflect growth in unit shipments, and continuing demand from international markets. Earnings also reflect improved manufacturing efficiencies and lower overhead cost per unit.
