I can't see why any insider or large shareholder would not want to sell at every opportunity. The market has already assigned values to these companies(amzn, yhoo) as if they were a roaring success five years down the road.

If I was involved in an unfinished project with a high level of uncertainty as to the final result, and someone offered me the value of the finished product with the best possible outcome, I know what I would do................
