I keep reading that ILECs business model is to allow ISPs (such as Sprint, MCI,ATT and so on) lease the copper for $10 - $15 a month, to buy their own DSLAMs and install them at COs. So each ISP could have its own ADSL. If this is the case how will it reflect on WSTL's DSLAM business?
