For sure... there is usually 2-3 a year for runs on this. Getting predictable. The July one at least stayed at .18 for 2 days! The Sept rally spiked and dropped back so some could buy at .07 area. Yes they could move it up further but until I see a better pattern... under .10 with be the area I buy again and then only if it holds there for a bottom. Jim
