><>...Chris, I have no ill will towards you...><>
None at all. You were just taught the traditions of man, something that is not true, and you choose to believe it.In doing so you count the promises of our Almighty Father...null and void...!! So be it if that is what you choose to believe. But the word of God teaches in direct opposition to your belief, and if you really studied it in it's proper context, you would see that.
I have no more to say on this subject, as I see you take it as a personal attack instead of a learning experience, in which we might both learn something.
Again I don't mean to be harsh but I have been here long enough to see what really goes on here.
In spite of my many, many years of intense study of God's word, I have learned some things from a few brothers here, and I was glad to point that out to them. Some things were seen again in a different light and shed another meaning on a particular issue. I am grateful to God for all that I learn form his word and not the traditions of man.
I halso learned this from this place: Ver few people here are really interested in possibly learning anything. I suppose most people here already believe they know it all. And most have come here only to show what they do know. And What they do not know, eventually becomes quite obvious.
Chris,a most important element of learning truth is sometimes we must unlearn some non-truths. This I'd say is a hurdle some never get over. Pride Chris, oh what an obstruction it is to receiving truth.
So again Chris, I just want to say that as an individual I have no qualm with you at all.
As a matter of fact I offer you this: gifs.net
But don't let it die in your hands Chris, offer it to others.!
Have a good day, Shalom...><> |
