There, the district court is set to hold a pretrial hearing. A jury trial is scheduled to start April 6. Note that the pre-trial hearing is set for this Monday. It is not unheard of for a judge to say "What a load of bull, get out of my courtroom." Until now, Eric has been allowed to stop the process by merely saying the Q was infringing. (A very poor position held by the ITU, they should require the process to be settled in court before they take a position, lord knows there has been enough time.) The rubber hits the road on Monday. They have to put up or shut up. They should have enough lawyer horse power to prevent them from being laughed out of the courtroom, but stranger things have happened.
