John 15

14 Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.
15 Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you.

The redeemed of the Lord are called His friends. He has not hidden from us His purpose or those things that will come upon the world. We have the knowledge given by His word and His word gives life.
To be a true friend to others is to share that word.

Have you friends and you have not yet shared the message of salvation with them? Then you are betraying them and that friendship.

What is your excuse? You call them friend yet you would hide from them the greatest knowledge, the greatest gift given to mankind behind excuses that can only be labeled as being ashamed of the Gospel.

Hard words. But true. As friends of Christ we are without excuse. All things He heard of the Father He shared with us. We can do no less than the example He set.
