on FCSX, I am not sure about 8 bucks, however it does remind me of kmag and pcom at their lows. Both of which I bought and sold WAY too soon. FSCX used to be a fifteen dollar stock, I have not followed their progress in some time, however, the chart looks pretty much like this is bottom of bottom and is trending up.
