Vman, dont know but would bet my last Q dollar that it is closed. You know how those legal beagles are, they will seal the results of the jury trial also. Everyone will be able to claim victory. It will take time for the fees and penalties to filter into the statements before we will know for sure. That is so long as someone does not come out of the courtroom grinning ear to ear. Then again grand jury statements coming out of Washington were suppose to be sealed. People have said Jacobs is not very emotional. I bet you'll see some emotion out of him in the next month or so.
