The problem as I see it is that although what you are saying is so very true, it is a slow process that will take time. We live in a stock market that demands instant gratification. Investors are gamblers who ride momentum up or down like a surfer on a wave. News and hype moves a stock more than fundamentals and earnings.

Edderd pointed out a long time ago that he felt that MUSE sales will eventually rebound but that it would be a slow and gradual process. Since the PCPs are now the first line of treatment for ED via Viagra, they are the logical choice to be prepared to offer MUSE as an alternative to Viagra.

Actually MUSE is a very simple sell:

1)If the patient is not at risk the PCP simply advises the patient that if the Viagra doesn't work there is a non needle alternative that he can prescribe and maybe lend out the MUSE Video and a prescription and let the patient review the info and decide in the privacy of his own home.

2)If the patient is in the at risk group, simply offer MUSE as a non-needle alternative.

Things are working well for MUSE in England in side to side competition with Viagra. This is because the client education process differs from the US in that US doctors tend to be more hurried into treating as many cases as possible in as short of a time as possible which makes a poorer environment for MUSE to get mention when a patient initially asks for some Viagra.
