Welcome to the thread, June. DOCU is listed on the "Small Stock Nasdaq", so it's not really listed on the regular NAZ. There are small companies under $1.00 on the SSN, so no big deal there. I don't believe DOCU has ever been over $3.00, at least not unless it was ancient history. As far as I can remember, it hasn't been much over $1-5/8, and it spiked up to that point just recently, briefly, on news, then slid back to $1.00. It seems to have a lot of trouble holding onto any gains it makes, meeting firm resistance, then retreating. So, someone must really like to day trade it or the MM's (Market Makers) enjoy toying around with it. It seems to have fairly firm resistance around $1.00, and keeps coming out with great news, which makes it very attractive to me. Little downside risk it would seem. I have a feeling that a 10,000 share investment in DOCU could make someone rich in a few years, IMHO. I only have 1000 shares now, but plan to add to my position if things keep looking up.
I can't recall if DOCU has a web site or not. They may have a small one. I'll check on a search engine and see.
