Kevin,

Why have you chosen 40 as your price target?

Is it due to the May run-up?

If so, I would like to let you know that CABOT unfortunately got involved with this stock. They picked it and it soared!

However, the company is awesome. Both technologically and managerially. Recently, they announced a OEM deal with DEC (Digital Equipment Company) and already have the Intel and Fujitsu deals.
Their gig ether switch is rolling out currently but won't have a "major impact on the bottom line til '97". At least that's what the CEO said in his last conference call.

ONE PLUS, according to some posters, the short level is somewhere around 1,000,000 shares. That's close to 5% of shares outstanding! Mangement owns a ton and institutional buyers "supposedly" have been picking up some shares recently.

I hope earnings are stellar and I could see the stock pop to 35 in a hurry. 40 could possibly occur but I wonder how high the P/E can really go. They are growing > 100% annually recently so maybe the P/E could get to 80 or 90. Who knows. All I know is the S-T looks good and long-term appreciation looks awesome!

Good Luck

Dan Ross
