The Fed WANTS a certain measure of capital flight from the US in order to prevent the strength of the dollar from draining liquidity from the financial systems of these troubled economies.

The Fed is doing them A FAVOR in bolstering these troubled financial systems like Brazil.

Maybe it's time for you to start thinking outside the box a bit.

In fact, I suspect that the Fed may even have an interest in preventing an agressive decline in gold in order to prevent even more upside pressure on the dollar.
