Well, Rokket, I guess you had better read the whole FAQ. You are left out alone on this one. The sentence before the one you quoted states:

"CompactFlashâ„¢ cards may also be used with a PC Card adapter however this is not recommended nor supported by Nikon. "

Of course, we wouldn't want to waste our time reading the WHOLE document, would we? Just the important parts.

Yeah, like you are going to buy a $7000 digital camera, anyway.
