Still, my opinion remains the same about the wisdom of going public via Megaworld

I tend to agree...If anything they should've changed the name and ticker just to start with a clean slate. Why it took so long to get the old management out I have no idea. Of course TBS got a castle out of plus a few other assets. When the 10-K comes out it will be interesting to see how many shares are outstanding and how many are in the float.
