I just got off the phone with Mr. Gitlitz at Health Access.

I received the following update on the company:

- They are currently having very good results in selling policies.

- They are currently in talks with "all of the majors" and anticipate signing additional carriers.

- They are now up and running on Lycos.

- The "Hard Launch" on AOL, for the 19 states that they currently are licensed in, is slated for March 15.

- The strategy to separate the companies into 2 distinct entities is proceeding.
