MBT International Reaches Agreement in Principal With Triplus 'A Trimac Company,' North America's Leader in Bulk Transportation Services

CASTLE ROCK, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 18, 1999--MBT International Inc. (OTC BB:MBTI) parent company of AgriMall.com ( www.agrimall.com ), HorseNet.com ( www.horsenet.com ), and Life@Home.com ( www.life@home.com ) announced today that Triplus, a Trimac Company, will become a Commercial Transportation broker.

Triplus will develop a large storefront web presence on the AgriMall.com site. In addition to Triplus becoming a full-service transportation broker, they will train all MBTI's present agriculture agents on procedures to handle the freight component of the sales transactions that move through AgriMall.com.
