Ken,
I feel pretty much the same as you about BGP. Perhaps they can make better use of their own cataloging software for their customer's use. They have an obsolete music search kiosk system, and why don't they let me search for a book instead of having me go to a staff member who searches it for me? That, and not having enough people at checkout during peak periods, really irks me.

I would love to buy some BGP stock, but it also irks me that they don't see how easy this is to rectify!
