Lexicon Systems Corp. Signs Agreement
with Net2Phone


WALNUT, Calif., Feb. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Lexicon Systems
Corp. signs
OEM agreement with Net2Phone. Consumers now will be able
to download
Net2Phone through Lexicon's website into their PC and
MacIntosh when
purchasing Lexicon's 'telephone and computer headsets.'

This agreement between Lexicon and Net2Phone will offer
cost-effective solutions by taking advantage in local telephone
rates; calling long distance using the internet; and at the same
time increasing productivity in the workplace by 30% using
one of three hands-free products by Lexicon.


Lexicon Systems has introduced three new computer &
telephony products for all conventional & traditional telephone
systems and for personal computers. First, the LS2002, a basic
telephone interface headset. Second, the LS2000, a
deluxe interface headset that connects to your telephone &
computer. And finally, the LS2100 is the professional
interface that will incorporate the telephone & the computer
with advance features.

These new hands-free products will provide increased
productivity and decreased muscle fatigue in the telemarketing
industry and customer service industry. In addition, these
products will provide convenience for complex computer
applications, such as, video conferencing, internet telephony or
basic interactive multimedia applications and voice
recording.
