Let me just start buy saying that I'm not trying to hype or bash this stock. I got into this stock because it looks like a good gamble. I would be the first to admit that it is a gamble, but all of us here isn't that what we do when we buy a penny stock.

The problem with this stock, and I have seen it with many others is that it still has a shareholder base at much higher prices. The move from 0.01 to 0.05 would not even get them close to being even and they don't see how it could go higher. The new shareholders are only looking for 3x to 10x return which is quete possible with any kind of news. That is where the friction starts.

I have seen this with USXP. After R/S I had 300 shares in my account which at todays price worth about $150.00, it is not worth to follow the stock. After R/S the stock fell from $2.8 to 0.15, obviously the older shareholders were disgusted and disopointed(including myself), so even when the stock was at .15 cents we didn't see any value to it. To make the story short the stock ran up to .80 and settled .5 some people made 3x to 5x their money, while old shareholders did nothing but bitch and moan(including myself).

The moral of the story is: forget how much money you lost. Ask yourself a question: is it a good buy at current prices, what is the upside, what is a downside and then make a decision.
Just my opinion, of'course.

Best Regards,
