I am not sure that many will be interested in this company (probably as many as were interested in my HMN thread ... which is to say ... no one will read this except for me!). This is a cheap stock that I bought not long after the spin-out from Dun & Bradstreet (July 1, 1998). The company has earned $1.15 through the first nine months ... authorized a $20 mm share repurchase when the stock slipped to $12 3/4 ... and generates a substantial amount of cash ... 34 mm shares ... $485 mm in debt (gift from D&B) ... EPS is roughly Free Cash Flow ... somewhere around $1.50 in FCF for 1998 ... some decent top line opportunities ... If the name sounds familiar ... it was forwarded by the only bright person in this year's Barron's Roundtable (Meryl Buchanan) ... That is it. Hope to here from some interested investors. --Duker
