It is clear the acid job failed. As Hartel was Bearcat's best hope for this area, after having spent over $20 million and having nothing to show for it, I would say that the situatiion is looking awful grim.

PS, As for STF, the bids aren't that large, considering the stock is at about a dime. Maybe there is an effort to clean the shell up for sale to another group in the future some time?
