Well stated Jeff and couldn't agree more. It's just being better informed as to the issue a person is...the BETTER they can comunicate it in their email. We don't want them being dismissed as being crackpot. An example: PAC BELL has a program ongoing to install optic to every house in their operating area...a GREAT IDEA!! However they want us to pay for it up front with excess online fees...NO WAY, a bad idea. So what we, or should I say," I" want to see is... open competition, free enterprise, not taxes by my phone company. We're at the dawn of an new era. Scrapps
