TO ALL REGARDING SYCR *****

Anyone who is interested in SYCR should go and read the thread from the start. I know it will take a while, but there is a lot of background that is necessary on this company before you jump in. I would agree with some of the SYCR participants that there may be a lot of potential for the company and some of the income projections are scary good....but, there is a lot of negative baggage carried around by the management. They flat out lied and have put out a product that did not do what it was supposed to do in their past. Further, they have issued REG S convertible bonds and the history of REG S bonds indicates a rapidly falling stock price. I have looked into all of these items and have posted extensively regarding my REG S findings. Please read the entire thread to have a complete picture before investing in this stock.

With all of that said, I am long the stock, but that is on my belief that the management and the promoters of the stock will cause a rapid increase in price to sell out. I am crawling into bed with the snakes and hoping to enjoy the ride they create. If I was going to buy this stock for the product and the management team I would wait until I started to see some actual sales numbers. The Windrenalyn product has not yet hit the shelf. This is the one that many on the thread are relying on. Whether or not it is any good or actually produces big time sales is, at this point, not known.

The reason I am posting this "not so glowing" report is that I don't want anyone on this thread to get into the stock without knowing the background. No one here needs to get hurt by HYPE. Please do your DD on this stock and determine the level of losses you can incur without be hurt.

Good Luck.

Scott
