Sam Re: Rules Here is what I've learned. Don't worry about missing one. There will be another tomorrow. Figure out what type of investing you will concentrate on... trading, short, medium, or long. Find your niche. If you are down, don't lay your money down unless you are sure. I am climbing out of a deep hole of bad picks. I bought stocks that sounded great and they didn't turn out that way. My last several trades have been either very profitable or a minimal loss. I've been very careful. Don't be afraid to take a small loss. Small losses are not fun, but riding bad picks way down will wipe you out.
