Chip, Look at my reply to Frank, it's lengthy, but that's part of the reason. The other reason is that on Frank's posted charts here on this thread, the SP's have been winding around the median line, and I take that as a positive sign. Together, any sign of strength after yesterday's sell off has to be bought. GZ
