VLAD: that's the reason I'm still buying. FWIW, IMHO, the most positive thing I gleaned from the conference call was the CFO getting nervous when somebody had a second question regarding a partner/sale. The CFO sounded nervous, and told whoever was running the show "next call." IMHO, wanted absolutely no questions regarding a partner. IMHO, that's a healthy sign. Announcing negotiations before finalizing a deal is a sign of gross ineptitude IMHO. Most firms on the street announce AFTER a deal is done, unless the media picks it up first. Not sure whether the CFO signing on is good or bad. He may have needed a job. As I've said before, the best thing about owning VVUS is it's entertainment value. The Yahoo thread is really humming. Don't post there anymore, but some of the posts are good for a few laughs. Have a GREAT Thursday. Regards.
