If the float is really at .5 to 1.5M shares, wouldn't
a 600,000+ sell in the last 1/2 hour take it sub-penny
IF enough traders could actually scrape enough
shares to register such activity?

So, who or what traded?

Two possibilities:

A) Company
B) MM's

If the company did it, the effect would be upon the market
and we would be much lower as I stated previously.
However, if transfer of (real?) shares occurred between MM's
the effect would be what they agreed upon as the delta.

How do you vote A or B ?
