Now per WSRG "report" as of February 8th, 1999 wallstreetresearch.net Shares Outstanding: 12,245,935 Active Float: ~2 million =============================== But Per Company Web Page at globaltci.com Stock Symbol: GTCI (NASDAQ OTC BB) Number of Shares Outstanding: Approximately 7.29 Million Float: Approximately 1.2 Million =============================== Okay, Chris.... That's nearly a $5 Mil share increase discrepancy in shares outstanding and nearly a doubling of the float albeit supposedly small one... Now Chris can you explain what's up with the share increase and verify the actual number of shares.. Does this increase account or not account for the shares created for the acquisition of "China Global" (which by the way is a company I can find absolutely no information about except for this one article which is a re-statement of company press release...see idg.net ) Do you know what the # of shares authorized are? Plus if $10 mil shrs of the $12 mil shrs are held by "insiders" What if any restrictions are on these shares? And therefore, what assurances are there that these shares won't be dumped? Also, can you verify that any if the numbers presented by GTCI directly or indirectly through the WSRG "report" are, indeed, "accurate"... Do you have a phone # for the transfer agent or even know who the transfer agent is? Have you asked yourself any of these questions?
