PETERS, Mo., Feb 18 (Reuters) - Silicon wafer maker MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. said Thursday its chief executive officer Ludger Viefhues will retire immediately. The company said president and chief operating officer Klaus von Horde will replace Viefhues, who will remain on the board of directors.
