Tom,

I don't think I'm allowed to share the report; that's how they make their money. I alluded in my last post to some new information from him which my broker told me, but I haven't seen the follow-up report. I've summarized it as best I could without plagiarizing, and given the space available.

IMO, if the Smith Barney guy, after talking with PDX management, says they're going to make $2.30 this year, and the company says they're going ahead with the stock split (certainly not wanting or expecting the company to stay in single digits for long), that's as much info as we're going to get until KPMG reports. The lawsuits mean nothing. It is absolutely clear that the law firms did not have time to explore the facts before they filed the suits. The "street has spoken" attitude means nothing, either - the examples of shooting first, asking questions later are multitudinous. But the Smith Barney and PDX statements do mean something, IMO, because these are folks who have looked at the numbers, and are saying what they can. Could they be wrong? Sure, we all are sometimes. But if there were no risk, this investing game wouldn't be nearly as profitable, or as fun!

Bob
