Byron, In large part I agree with your post and am very disappointed that Microsoft is screwing up their own defense. I really am pissed off about this to no end. This case should have never been brought to trial to begin with but since it has, they should have been sure to have the best legal team that money could buy . It seems like they got their legal team out of an old Cracker-Jack box. Frank
