Dear Sir Francis Drake-

We understand the need for accurate quotes and are eager to correct any discrepancy or delay that you may be experiencing.

In working with our quote provider we have today implemented measured which should alleviate the problem with indices not updating. The current fix should specifically address issues with the Martview module quote updates. The next step will be the release of graph modules to alleviate any potential difficulties with graphical display of the indices. The graphs will be released very shortly.

In response to your post concerning the freeze you experienced yesterday, we did experience a blip in our data feed at approximately the same time you froze up. This was a result of a data feed hop that was experienced while the data was traveling from PCQuote to our servers. Despite the fact that the blip lasted for a short time interval, all market makers that adjusted their prices during that time were left posting their old quote. We don't anticipate this being a problem in the future and are doing all we can to prevent this from happening. In the event of a total quote failure we do have redundant backups to ensure that we can recover as quickly as possible. We are continuing our work to make recovery from very localized and short-term interruptions as timely and automatic as possible.

If earlier in the day you were experiencing delays there might be another factor involved. In any case, if possible, we would like to address this issue by having someone in our tech support staff talk to you. You can either send us your phone number via the Electronic Communicator and some one will call you, or you can give us a call at your convenience at (512) 320-5444.

We look forward to being able to address and correct any delays with quotes you may be experiencing.

Thanks for your patience,
Trader Support.
