The FTC is finally getting their investigation of Intel headed in the right direction:

eetimes.com

This should be the main focus of their investigation. For awhile, I thought they were just going to look at withholding technology info from OEMs that sold competing products (a totally lame case; if you ask me). It should be easy for the FTC to show that with the onset of competition form AMD, Intel has leveraged their monopolistic position in the high end to subsidize Celeron pricing to what ever degree is required to keep AMD from making any money. If proven guilty, Intel could face paying a damage award the size of which has never been seen before.
