Mr. Levy Am I confused? If I understand BRCM offerings, they contribute their advanced TDMA technology for the downstream path, while TERN contributes its patented S-CDMA for the upstream path. If this is the case, I do not see how we can compare TERN directly to BRCM. I may be wrong however . . . By the way have you looked at TERN's volume ramp (not shares traded - I'm speaking of shipments) lately? They are nearing critical mass for profitability.
