The reasons for licensee partners who in turn sub-license are not for the purpose of circumventing U.S. laws, but, are for marketing and the assumption of risk. A few of Starnet's major partners do presently accept wagers from the United States. This, however, may change should legislation pass prohibiting Internet gaming from the United States.

The Department of Justice AG would do the suing, not the FBI.

There is no telling what Microsoft Corporation's or Bill Gates's intentions with respect to Internet gaming are, however, competitor Corel already is in the Internet gaming business. Corel's subsidiary is Cyberoad Gaming of which Mayan Sports (The Mayan Sportsbook) and The Big Book are entities.
