Yes Kash, I can give you my understanding of these questions. First, my
understanding is that the PIII is running in a "dot variant" process of
Intel's .25um process. This has drawn gates at 205nm ... I expect this
process should be capable of 600mhz parts (maybe 2nd half '99).

I have also heard from very good sources that the Motorolo/AMD Cu process
is not going so well ... It turns out that Motorolo was not as far along
on Cu process development as advertised. <ggg> Could be a long, tough
year in Dresden.
