WSW is in full compliance of all SEC regulations. If you check their website they were never compensated for ADOT. The email blast sent out today simply told what they are doing (buying ADOT) and didn't recommend anything. Their disclaimer, in fact, exceeds all SEC minimum requirements. If they are here posting, they are here as a private investor that purchased stock on the open market like everyone else. They say whatever they want because they bought the stock like everyone else. There must be some market makers here who want the stock to go down. But that is fine, this is FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
