RE: The concept is that the market breaks down, the specialists get bagged, then they engineer a rally where they relieve themselves of all the shorts they got bagged with, reposition themselves to the shortside, and then the fun begins. I love it. Pray tell, how does one engineer a rally without risk? Maybe I should borrow some major bucks. Anyone else interested? B.
