Nonsense. Intel is shipping production PIII's at 500Mhz as we type and that is the same product that will provide 550Mhz and perhaps higher product in the near future. Intel may very well be manufacturing 550Mhz PIIIs at this very moment. No K7s are shipping and as of today only 1 device has ever been seen in public. Vaporware doesn't ship in volume at a slower speed. Vaporware is vapor, like the K7.
