rkrw,

Congrats on a phenomenal call! If I had only kept the amount of shares I had in SEPR on that date I would be a "SEPR Millionaire" right now.

Is Southwell a loose cannon or what?!!! Hope he & his ex wife are done dumping all their stock. If he sold anything now he'd get sued all to hell if the stock even just hiccuped.

Wonder if he pounded the table here on purpose or was just throwin' out some jive. I could imagine that if they in fact were trying to get to serious negotiations with another pharma it wouldn't hurt to get the market cap. up to the $4 bill. mark so they can be treated more like equals. I _hope its not because they are planning to do yet another convertible bond offering. Hard to see them blowing through a half a bill. before '02, so why dilute us just for "show money".

Amazing that the stock blew right by the conversion price of this latest round of convertible bonds ($125). I wonder whether the stock will pull back when they announce 4th quarter & folks re-focus on things such as the number of potential shares out, etc.
