Hey Ellen, What do you think of the 50 M preferred stock held by insiders? Do you think its just for sentimental reasons or do you think it represents some claim on the future earnings of the company? Don't you think it a bit sleezy that the insiders can convert their stock yet you, who owned precisely the same stock (ie. common) were denied the same option? What about the bogus scientific name on the website? What about the lack of earnings in this the supposed 'PROFIT PHASE' Do you think an investor in AZNT will make money? Why?
