Yogi, If Reagan had been elected prez in 1992, republicans would now be touting him as the economic genius who has led us to prosperity the past 7 years. Problem for the repubs is that Clinton is the prez, so according to their line, he lucked into it. Come on! Greenspan, Ruben, Clinton, the three wise men who have led us through the golden years (we won't mention that Clinton was able to do this with his pants off more than 1/2 the day, what a versatile genius he is).
