Granted, technology companies became way overvalued in January. But this happened because of the very bright future of companies like ATHM. The fact that DELL has not crashed to PE = growth rate signifies that investors know there is no better place to put your money than the builders and suppliers of the Internet. We will test some new lows, but only long enough for sideline cash to jump in. The short term fear may be to lock-in profits, but the long term fear is to be left out.
