Regarding your question on Nasdaq full board listing, it is
my understanding this is a drawn out process. FTEL's lawyers
will supply the required forms and documentation to move up the
listing ladder to small-cap and then to national status as they
meet the required conditions. The first listing, the small-cap
level, is currently underway but I've heard estimates of a
six to nine month time period. If anyone has a better understanding
of this process, please post it for us.
