FWIW, I count fifteen 144 filings (intentions to sell) for February so far, with the most recent being two for yesterday. No form 4s (sell filings), but I wouldn't expect to see them till next month anyway. I don't currently have a subscription to a site that lets me look at the filings, so I can't give any more info than that. But insiders have definitely been getting ready to sell.
