I was speaking in terms of the ones I follow. There are, of course, another 19,800 or so other tickers...

For technicians, the 39 period Sotchastic just went below 50% for all tech indices (Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, etc.), the SPX, the OEX, and the NAS 100. The last time this happened was early October.
